What you see in game is not true 3D terrain but 2D terrain projection based on height map, some call it 2,5D. It doesnt use J2ME 3D API, so its faster. Engine features realtime fogging, texture and geometry interpolation, water reflections as well as realtime terrain destroying ( probably first ever on mobile? ).
